RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR WATCHES
If you are not 100% satisfied with your watch, call our customer service dept. at N/A within 72 hours of receipt for a return authorization and to make return arrangements.
The watch then must be returned, shipping prepaid to the address we designate, within 10 days. We will provide a full refund on the watch if it is returned new and unused. There is no refund on shipping charges. If you would simply like to exchange it for an upgraded watch, there is an $8.50 shipping & handling fee plus any price difference.
If you receive your order and there is visual damage to the packaging, please note this with the carrier and inspect for inside damage. If the damage is extensive, do not accept the package, stating the reason. You may call us for a replacement to be shipped.

If the product you receive does not match the product on your order form or is defective you have 48 hours from time of receipt to call our customer service department at (951) 928-0161 for a return authorization.
